Updated QOL Things

Updated the game to not start moving at the beginning of Fire, Water, and Earth Levels.  During the Fire and Water levels if the player hasn't started moving - collision with objects doesn't restart level!

Also lowered the difficulty a little bit on the Air level.  If I have time I'll go back later and try to sync up the music a little better. To lower the difficulty I reduced the accuracy required to continue and increased the hit box of the arrows.
